One of the most mesmerising and stunning nights of the year is held in Mojacar…...

The villagers decided to turn all the lights and electricity in the town off (except restaurants & shops) and then light all the streets and house by candlelight, it is magical.

Everyone is advised to wear white clothes as part of the tradition... and so you can see each other in the darkness!!!

 

Come and see the town lit by candlelight, the skies are so very clear on this night!!

 

Sit and have a drink, just meander amongst the shops or listen to the many sounds of musical instruments & enjoy the shows of dancers with fire!
